What you need to know
To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your order and proceed to checkout. Once you have submitted your order, we will send you an invoice with the payment details.
We currently only accept EFT payments. The payment details will be included on the invoice you receive after you place your order.
You will receive the invoice within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with the status of your order. You can also contact us at info@sugarpalmtrading.co.za for updates.
We offer standard courier shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items. Detailed shipping information will be provided on the invoice. Should you have special delivery requirements please make a note during the order process.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether there are any products that need to be ordered from the suppliers. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, and where products are ordered in, up to 14 business days. This will be stated in detail on the invoice you receive.
At all times we will endeavour to send your chosen merchandise to you as quickly as possible.
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. All costs associated with a return or exchange are for the customers' account, including courier fees. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product. Please contact us at info@sugarpalmtrading.co.za to initiate a return or exchange.
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
