Refund Policy

Returns
If you are unhappy with of a product, just send it back to us in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt (in its original state and with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace – it’s that simple. We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be queued, and a credit will automatically be processed within 5 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sugarpalmtrading.co.za.
